      1. Return Timeframe
        You may return eligible items (damaged or wrong item) within 1 days of receipt. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team within this period. 

      1. Chains
        Exchanges: Chains may be exchanged for the same item or another of equal or greater value if there is an issue with the product. Please notify us within the 1-day return window to arrange for an exchange.
        Condition: The chain must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

      1. Custom and Non-Chain Orders
        Partial Credit: For all custom or non-chain orders, in the event of damage or a defect, you will receive a partial credit towards a future purchase. This credit will be determined based on the extent of the issue and the original purchase price.
        No Full Refunds: Please note that we do not offer full refunds. (please note design deposits are non-refunable )

      1. Non-Returnable Items
        Items that show signs of wear, alterations, customs or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

      1. Shipping and Handling
        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as Moicejewelers is not responsible for items lost or damage during return shipping .

      1. Final Sale Items
        Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

      1. Policy Changes
        Mo Ice Jewelers reserves the right to modify this return and exchange policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
